Data controller

The controller of the data collected through this site is Stefano Rubini, Via XX Settembre 18, Narni (TR).

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the availability request form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), stay dates, number of guests and your message, if any.

Together with the request we record the date of your consent and the version of this policy, as proof of the consent given.

We use no profiling cookies and we do not follow you across other sites.

Visits to this site

We count how many pages are viewed and where their readers come from — a search engine, a social network, another site — to understand whether what we write is of use to anyone.

The tool is Umami: it sets no cookies, assigns no identifier to visitors and follows no one from one site to another. That is why this site never asks you to accept cookies — there are none to accept.

What gets recorded is the page viewed, the language, the country, the kind of device and the site you came from. Not your full IP address, and nothing that leads back to you.

Why we process it

Your data is used solely to reply to you: to check availability, send you a quote and continue the conversation should you decide to book.

The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time by writing to us; where a request becomes a booking, processing continues for the performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep requests for 24 months from the last contact, then delete them.

Data relating to confirmed bookings is kept for as long as tax obligations and the reporting duties towards the public security authorities require.

Who we share it with

Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

It is accessed only by the technical providers needed to run the site and its email, acting as data processors: the email delivery service and the hosting provider of the server, both located in the European Union.

Your rights

At any time you may ask us to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format or object to the processing (arts. 15-22 GDPR).

An email to ladamastanca@gmail.com is enough: we will reply within one month.

If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
